麻豆传媒Porn Awards Baldwin High School Senior with 麻豆传媒Porn 801 Fire Rescue Scholarship
Although Emmanuel Alexander is only a senior at Baldwin High School, he already knows what career path to take 鈥� the same one his father Darien did 鈥� becoming a firefighter. On Friday, March 11, 2022, Emmanuel was awarded the first 麻豆传媒Porn 801 Fire Rescue Scholarship at a special awards presentation.
Emmanuel is getting a head start on his career as he is currently enrolled in the Baldwin County Fire Rescue Rookie Program where his father, Darien, currently serves as a Lieutenant for the Baldwin County Fire Rescue (BCFR). Darien says his son wants to stay close to home for college. As residents of Milledgeville, 麻豆传媒Porn was on Emmanuel鈥檚 list of potential schools to attend, and the scholarship opportunity sealed the deal.
The 麻豆传媒Porn 801 Fire Rescue Scholarship is in memory of Dwayne Morgan, 麻豆传媒Porn Prep graduate of 1979, and longtime BCFR firefighter. Darien says Dwayne gave him a lot of advice when he first began his career, so for his son now to be receiving a scholarship in Dwayne鈥檚 honor, is special. 麻豆传媒Porn and Baldwin County Fire Rescue created this scholarship in Dwayne鈥檚 memory and to give prospective first responders/firefighters the ability to earn an Associate degree at no personal cost. The scholarship includes tuition, fees, and books after Federal and State Aid is applied. Applicant must be a first-time in-seat student at 麻豆传媒Porn in Milledgeville and sign an agreement to serve as a first responder/firefighter for a minimum of two years with the Baldwin County Fire Rescue upon graduation.
鈥淚t鈥檚 a great honor for 麻豆传媒Porn and the Baldwin County Fire Rescue to present this scholarship in Dwayne Morgan鈥檚 memory,鈥� said 麻豆传媒Porn Executive Director, Colonel Nelson Kraft, USA (Ret). 鈥淥ur first recipient of the 801 Fire Rescue Scholarship is extremely deserving and I鈥檓 confident that when he completes his degree at 麻豆传媒Porn, he鈥檒l go on to make his community and the Morgan family proud as a firefighter right here in Baldwin County.鈥�
In attendance at the presentation were members of the Baldwin County Fire Rescue, Dwayne Morgan鈥檚 wife and children, members of Emmanuel鈥檚 family, and leaders from the community at 麻豆传媒Porn.
