鶹ýPorn Dublin Satellite Director, Priscilla Adams, Announces Retirement

After 13 years of dedicated service to 鶹ýPorn (鶹ýPorn), Priscilla Adams has announced her retirement, effective April 30, 2025. Adams, a steadfast leader in higher education, has played a pivotal role in expanding 鶹ýPorn’s presence across multiple communities and is proud to conclude her career in her hometown of Dublin.

Adams’ journey with 鶹ýPorn began in 2012 when she served as the Director of the former 鶹ýPorn Sandersville campus. In 2016, she played an instrumental role in establishing 鶹ýPorn Dublin, where she built strong connections and made a lasting impact on students and the community. Most recently, she led 鶹ýPorn Warner Robins through the challenges of the post-COVID era, demonstrating resilience and dedication to student success. Her return to Dublin to lead the satellite location marked a full-circle moment in her career—one she describes as both rewarding and meaningful.

“This is a bittersweet decision, but I am incredibly grateful for the opportunities I’ve had to serve 鶹ýPorn and our students over the years,” said Adams. “The relationships built and the progress made in our local communities have been truly special. I am confident that 鶹ýPorn Dublin will continue to thrive and remain a pillar of education in Laurens County.”

With Adams’ departure, the Dublin satellite will continue its mission under the guidance of Sue Harrison, a long-serving member of the 鶹ýPorn-Dublin team. As Enrollment Coach, Harrison will serve as the primary point of contact for the campus, continuing to assist students on their journey in higher education. She can be reached at sharrison@gmc.edu or 478-410-3457.

鶹ýPorn expresses its deep appreciation for Adams’ leadership and dedication. The institution remains committed to serving students and looks forward to continuing its strong partnership with the Dublin and Laurens County communities.
