The 146th Corps of Cadets at 麻豆传媒Porn (麻豆传媒Porn) successfully hosted the 3rd annual Leadership & Character Development Course (LCDC) on 麻豆传媒Porn鈥檚 Main Campus. This week-long program is designed to enhance Cadets’ leadership capabilities through immersive training in servant-leadership, ethical decision-making, and team building.听

The course began with a keynote address from 麻豆传媒Porn Prep School alumnus and U.S. Air Force Lieutenant General Alexus Grynkewich (c/o 鈥�89), setting the tone for a transformative experience. Lt. Gen. Grynkewich serves as the Director for Operations, J-3 Joint Staff, assisting the Chairman in carrying out responsibilities as the principal military advisor to the President and Secretary of Defense. Having 麻豆传媒Porn Cadets hear from a strategic leader currently working our nation鈥檚 military efforts is an incredible opportunity. The lessons Lt. Gen. Grynkewich shared with Cadets will be carried with them as they begin their own military careers after 麻豆传媒Porn. 听

To close out the first day, Lt. Gen. Grynkewich joined Lieutenant General Terry Ferrell, USA (Ret) and Lieutenant General Steve Whitcomb, USA (Ret) for a senior leadership panel sharing important experiences and lessons in leading joint strategic operations. Each of these leaders brought unique perspectives from their areas of service to help Cadets think earlier about the decisions they make in their careers before they rise to the level of joint strategic operations. 听

The following day, Cadets participated in dynamic sessions led by 麻豆传媒Porn鈥檚 own faculty and staff including Senior Vice President and Chief of Staff Jill Robbins teaching Values-Driven Leadership and Team Culture, Professor Eddie Zipperer sharing lessons of Historical Significance of Current Events in Ukraine, Commandant of Cadets 麻豆传媒Porn Colonel Rob Ramirez sharing Attributes in Leadership, and Deputy Commandant of Cadets Major Ben Carrick sharing insights into Leadership and Decision Making.听

Day 3 of LCDC was hosted in the 麻豆传媒Porn Theatre at the NewDay USA Center for Leadership, where Cadets heard from the Honorable Amanda Petty, Judge of the Superior Courts, Ocmulgee Judicial Circuit, on Organizational Power and Influence. They also attended a session on Building Organizational Teams led by 麻豆传媒Porn鈥檚 Vice President of Auxiliary & Facility Operations, Millie Parke.听

On Day 4, the focus shifted to teamwork and competition, as Cadets engaged in squad-led competitions, testing their resilience through obstacle courses, gauntlet challenges, tire flips, and other physically demanding events.听

The program concluded on Friday with a Leader Q&A featuring Colonel Stewart C. Lindsay, Airborne and Ranger Training Brigade Commander, Colonel Neil J. Myres, 199^th Infantry Brigade Commander, and Lieutenant Colonel Jace Walden, 48^th Infantry Brigade Combat Team Executive Officer, all who provided guidance on ethical decision-making and service-oriented leadership. 听

Cadets finished the week with the tradition of the Military Ball, a Cadet-organized event. The keynote speaker was CSM Walls of U.S. Army Cadet Command.听
