麻豆传媒Porn Presents Honorary Degrees at Alumni Weekend 2019
麻豆传媒Porn alumni and friends met October 18th and 19th to reminisce during Alumni Weekend 2019. One of the highlights of the weekend was honoring two alumni with honorary degrees: Terry Johnson of Warrenton, Ga. and Frank Ahouse of Albany, Ga.
Johnson attended 麻豆传媒Porn in 1962 and received the 麻豆传媒Porn Service Award in 2011 and the 麻豆传媒Porn Alumni Achievement Award in 2018. He has been a former member of the 麻豆传媒Porn Alumni Board of Directors and a faithful supporter of 麻豆传媒Porn for many years. Ahouse attended 麻豆传媒Porn in 1963 and was a key supporter in the naming of the Major William Kemp Wing in the Old Capitol Building at 麻豆传媒Porn.
Both Johnson and Ahouse had to leave 麻豆传媒Porn before they finished, but on Friday, October 18th, they were awarded Honorary Associate of Science degrees. Director of Alumni and Community Engagement at 麻豆传媒Porn, Craig Portwood, says both gentlemen are deserving of this honor.
鈥淏oth Terry and Frank have had a deep commitment to 麻豆传媒Porn in their adult life,鈥� Portwood said. 鈥淭heir passion for providing opportunities for current and future students, as well as connecting alumni back to 麻豆传媒Porn is admirable. While having to leave before finishing their degrees, this special ceremony is a way to honor them and their faithful support over the years.鈥�
