In compliance with the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act (Clery Act) and federal campus safety regulations, Âé¶¹´«Ã½Porn maintains transparent reporting, robust emergency notification systems, and proactive crime prevention programs.

Annual Security & Fire Safety Report
In accordance with federal law, Âé¶¹´«Ã½Porn publishes its Annual Security and Fire Safety Report (ASFSR) by October 1 of each year. This comprehensive document contains three calendar years of campus crime statistics, fire safety data for residential facilities, emergency response protocols, and official institutional security policies.
The report is available online, with printed copies available upon request.
Daily Crime & Fire Logs
Âé¶¹´«Ã½Porn Campus Police maintains an open, publicly accessible Daily Crime Log (and Daily Fire Log for residential cadet housing) recording all reported criminal incidents and fires occurring within Âé¶¹´«Ã½Porn Clery geography. Entries are updated within two business days of being reported.
Log Location: Available for public inspection during normal business hours at the Âé¶¹´«Ã½Porn Campus Police Department (Milledgeville Campus) or accessible upon request through satellite location administrative offices.
Reporting a Crime or Incident
All students, employees, and campus visitors are encouraged to report crimes, safety hazards, and suspicious activities promptly.
- Direct Police Reporting: Call Campus Police at 478-387-4717 or visit in person at the Baugh Barracks.
- Online Incident Reporting: Submit a report via the Âé¶¹´«Ã½Porn Code of Conduct / Incident Report Form. Reports may be submitted anonymously.
- Campus Security Authorities (CSAs): Reports may also be made to any designated Campus Security Authority, including Satellite Location Deans of Instruction, the Institutional Dean of Students, Athletic Directors, and Cadet TAC Officers.
Safety Communications: Timely Warnings & Emergency Notifications
Âé¶¹´«Ã½Porn utilizes multi-channel emergency alert systems to inform the campus community of active or potential safety threats.
- Timely Warnings: Issued campus-wide for any Clery-reportable crime occurring within Clery geography that is considered an ongoing or serious threat to students and employees.
Emergency Notifications: Issued immediately upon confirmation of a significant emergency or dangerous situation involving an immediate threat to the health or safety of students or staff on campus (e.g., severe weather, active violence, hazardous material spills).
Missing Student Notification Policy
This policy applies to residential students and cadets living in Âé¶¹´«Ã½Porn housing facilities.
- Residential students have the option to register a confidential emergency contact person to be notified if the student is determined missing for more than 24 hours.
If Âé¶¹´«Ã½Porn Campus Police or local law enforcement determines a residential student has been missing for 24 hours, Âé¶¹´«Ã½Porn will notify local law enforcement within 24 hours of the determination and contact the designated emergency individual.
Support for Victims
Victims of sexual assault, dating violence, domestic violence, and stalking have specific rights under the Clery Act. Click here for more information.

- Fair, prompt, and transparent disciplinary processes
Hazing Prevention & Transparency
Âé¶¹´«Ã½Porn maintains a zero‑tolerance policy for hazing in alignment with the federal Stop Campus Hazing Act and Georgia’s Max Gruver Act. Hazing threatens student well‑being and violates our core values of respect, leadership, and integrity.
Students, faculty, and staff are required to report hazing or suspected hazing. Reports may be submitted anonymously.
To promote transparency and accountability:
- Âé¶¹´«Ã½Porn publishes a Campus Hazing Transparency Report detailing violations, investigations, and sanctions.
- Hazing statistics will be included in the Annual Security and Fire Safety Report starting October 1, 2026.
These measures strengthen our commitment to student safety and ethical leadership.
